There are 2 ways to enroll:

• You can simply WALK-IN to our office located at

                            606 Central Ave in East Orange, NJ

Our hours are Monday and Tuesday 10am-6pm and Wednesday,

Thursday, and Friday 9am- 5pm.

 Our staff is always available to assist you.

• Or CALL our office at (973)673-0830 and ask to speak with an

                                 Outreach Worker or Case Manager

They will make an appointment for you to come in and enroll.
